The Wedding Crasher
At a recent wedding I shot, our man here decided to crash the group photography.
“I’m a model” he said. “I fought for my country”.
I figure that deserved at least a couple of photos, especially as he just wouldn’t get out the way until I took his picture.

Love this photo too. You’ve captured him perfectly, but also the contrast between him and the bridesmaids is wonderful. And also the contrast between one bridesmaid who is very unamused, one who is highly amused and the one in the back not sure which to be. Wonderful image and all the more powerful in black and white.
The amused girl is actually the bride, though it’s hard to tell without her veil! Apparently this guy is a bit of a local celeb in Northampton. He was not going anywhere until I took his photo. Such a character.
